Tutorial for class 1 of Aura-Sensing, Inner-Viewing and Healin-Energy Work
1. Everyone is already sensing auras all the time by:
a. discerning comfortable spatial distance
between people
b. someone's mood the first minute you see them
c. someone's ability to bring up or down a group
the minute they walk into a room
d. the instant feeling of liking or not liking,
connecting or not, the first time you meet someone
(there is no logic for any of these instant sensing of
what you are experiencing)
2. What most people sense or some see in an aura is first only the imbalances because they shoot out and can seem more distinctive. One might not want to only focus on that as it will end up having you only see imbalances and be drawn to it, missing the beauty, totality and individuality of the full aura.
3. Try to always sense or see the whole aura first by focusing in order
on
a. size of aura (wide or narrow)
b. shape of aura (body-glove, egg, emananting)
c. vibration of aura (high, normal, low)
d. flow of aura (full, normal, narrow); comes as
a channel into the crown through the whole aura
e. expansion of aura (wide, normal, narrow); the
breath of the aura as each thought or feeling is expressed
f. magnification of aura (wide, normal, narrow);
the breath of the aura as others interact or try to send healin-energy to them
g. chakras (loose, normal, narrow); the normal
size of a chakra should be about the size of the fist of the person
h. densities (dark, grey, light); areas where the
chakras emanations have overflowed into densities (some call blocks)
i. leaks (wide, average, little); areas
where the chakras are leaking and absorbing outside influences
j. insight (specific, general, confusing);
insight that is around or in the aura the person is trying to listen to
4. As you sense or see auras, make an overall assessment rather than focusing on specific areas first. This will bring in the full true seeing of the aura rather than just sensing it, then you can discern the specific areas more in full view and in relation to all areas of the aura.
5. There can be good reasons for imbalances so it is best not to assume
all imbalance is negative and needs to be immediately balanced:
a. a narrow aura can be because someone is having
boundaries around some negative environment (or because someone is closed off)
b. a overly wide aura can be because someone is
teaching or doing healin-energy work (or because someone is co-dependent)
c. a narrow solar-plexus chakra can be because
someone is trying to remain humble or reserved (or because they don't own their
power)
d. a wide third-eye chakra can be because someone
is receiving alot of insight (or because they are spaced out)
6. There are unlimited examples of the potential positive and negative reasons for imbalances so it is important to look at the whole aura first to know how to interpret specific areas and to actually see the whole aura and specific areas more distinctly. For example a fat or obese person could be terribly imbalanced if their aura showed densities and leaks or could be very balanced if the aura appeared egg-shaped or emananting.
